The College of the Siskiyous Weed and Yreka Campuses will be closed Friday, December 22 through Monday, January 1, 2018 for the Winter Holiday. Both campuses will reopen Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

Winter Weather Reminder - Stay Connected with COS
COS wants to remind all students to sign up for our alert communication system COS Connect powered by Everbridge. This is a free system we use to notify students and staff of emergency situations, campus closures, or general student information. Sign up today! Additionally, announcements are broadcast on local radio stations (Z100, KSYC, KSIZ) and television stations (KOBI, KTVL, KDRV, KRCR). Messages will also be posted on the COS facebook page and college home page.

COS Music Department Partners with Community to Present Handel’s Messiah
The COS Music Department in partnership with Yreka High School, the Berean Church of Grenada, and the Church of the Nazarene in Yreka proudly presents "Handel's Messiah," a community sing-along event directed by Eric Seiler and David Blink, and chorus rehearsal director, Karen Clark. Thursday, December 14 at COS Theater; Friday, December 15 at the Grenada Berean Church; and Saturday, December 16 in Yreka at the Church of the Nazarene. Performances will begin at 7:00 pm.

Vocational Nursing Pinning Ceremony
Friday, December 15 beginning at 4:30 pm in the Weed Campus Kenneth W. Ford Theater. Reception for family and friends will immediately follow.

COS Announces Campus Closure
The COS Weed and Yreka Campuses will be closed for the holiday break, December 22 – January 1. Both campuses will reopen Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

COS Men’s Basketball Hosts Siskiyous Classic Tournament
The COS Men's Basketball team will host the Siskiyous Classic Basketball Tournament December 29-30 in the Weed Campus Gym. Go Eagle's!
