Participants will be given all the tools and concepts necessary to complete a business plan for a small business. Topics include: record keeping, budgeting, cash flow projections, market research, relationship building, financial planning and creative financing. This is a hands-on course for someone who has an existing business or has a business idea and is serious about going into business.
