Friday night the Eagles women’s basketball team lost a very close game in the first round of the playoffs to Merced College 56-52. The ladies finished the season with a very impressive record of 23 wins and only 4 losses.
Saturday night the men lost in overtime to the #4 seed Chabot College 96-88. The men finished the season with an overall record of 17 wins and 12 losses.
The baseball team opened conference play over the weekend and lost three games to visiting Feather River College.
Softball traveled to the Fresno Tournament and we are still waiting to hear their scores.
Track & Field competed in the Beaver Relays at American River College. You can see results of this meet on this site.

COS AthleticsCollege of the Siskiyous has offered competitive intercollegiate sports programs since 1960. COS competes in the Golden Valley Conference in women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball and track and field. Football competes in the Mid-Empire Conference, which is a member of the Northern California Football Association. Our college offers a selection of facilities for both training and competition, Herschel Meredith Stadium for football and track and field and Eagle Gymnasium and athletic fields for volleyball, men's and women's basketball, baseball and softball. Our Athletic Training Center includes a weight room dedicated to student athletes and a state-of-the-art Sports Medicine Training Facility.
