Measure A
Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee
Pursuant to Section 15278 of the Education Code, the District is obligated to establish a Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee in order to satisfy the accountability requirements of Prop. 39. The Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee shall have the duties and rights set forth in the attached Bylaws; hoever, the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee does not have independent legal capacity from the District.
A Bona-Fide Taxpayers Association Member is still needed on the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee. If interested please download the APPLICATION and BYLAWS
