Registration

Individuals can register for traffic school (ADJ 384) in one of two ways.

1. Online Registration.

Please select the following link to register via our online registration program. You must have a credit card (Visa/MC) and an e-mail address to proceed . This is the preferred method of registration, as you will receive immediate confirmation of a seat in the class you wish to attend.

2. Mail Registration / In Person

Please download the following Traffic School Registration Form (PDF File) and Letter (PDF). Please complete all boxes, sign at the bottom and return to College of the Siskiyous with your $39.00 made payable to COS. Mail registrations can take up to three weeks to process. Students who bring registration paperwork to the Weed or Yreka campus will be registered on-site.

If we receive your registration through the mail and the class you have chosen is already full, you will need to specify if there is an alternate section you would like to register for or if you would like COS to return your registration fee. All incomplete forms will be returned for completion and a seat will not be held in the class you wish to register for.

Please Note: Effective September 10, 2003, COS will no longer waive the health fee for traffic violator school.
