ENGINEERING 10

Introduction to Engineering

Offered in the Fall

Course Description:

This course is intended to give the Engineering student knowledge and skills which will improve his/her chances of succeeding in the major of engineering. It is highly recommended for anyone considering a major in Engineering. The course covers college success skills, "What is Engineering", including a hands-on project, and some basic computer skills.

This course defines what engineering is.

Syllabus: includes the instructor hours and availability and course policies.

Class Schedule: includes lecture topics, reading and homework assignments.

 

There is no prerequisite for ENGR 10. This class is applicable for engineering transfer students, students looking for technical skills, and students who are curious about engineering. It is taught by Mike Read.
