Survey of American history, development of the United States and its political, economic, social, and cultural institutions from colonial times through the era of reconstruction. Support Hour.
You will need to purchase the following textbook:
David Goldfield, et al., American Journey, The: Volume II 4th edition
You may be able to access this book elsewhere, such as a local library. Please check your library for availability. In any event, you are responsible for obtaining these materials.

1. You are required to login on the first day of class. Failure to log into the course by July 9, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. may result in your dismissal from the course.
2. This course is just as difficult and time intensive as any other college level course. This course is largely self-paced and will provide you with a great deal of flexibility. However, there are some deadlines which must be met. You will be aware of all deadlines on the first day of class.
