This is an introductory course into the foundational concepts of fitness and wellness which include cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. This course will explore each component of fitness as well as fitness assessments and evaluation, fitness programming, nutrition, weight management, and stress management. (AA, CSU, UC)
