The Environmental Resources program provides students with education, hands-on training, and exploration of the relationships between people and natural systems for sustainable jobs, careers, and communities. The program is a unique collaboration of three distinct yet closely interrelated programs. Associate of Science Degrees and certificates are available in Natural Resources , Power Generation Technology, and Sustainable Communities. An understanding and application of professional and interest-based communication will be strongly emphasized. Each program has an Advisory Committee with Businesses, Resource Agencies, Non Profit Organizations and Community membership. Program Instructors are experts in their field. Other highlights include internship programs, Work Experience, community workshops and lecture series, and special career pathway opportunites for grades 7 to 12.
