Apply to College of the Siskiyous

College of the Siskiyous uses OpenCCC for creating and submitting applications.

OpenCCC is designed to fit all types of students. If a question does not apply to you, you may skip the question or answer as best as you can.

Prepare to Apply

Gather the following information to help with the application process.

Not sure what you should major in? Take a Career Assessment.

Social Security Card

Social Security Number

Provide your Social Security Number. If you have a SSN issued by DACA, do not include it on your application. If you are not a U.S. citizen, you will also need your Alien Registration Number or visa information.

Names and dates (month and year) of all high schools and colleges attended.

Email Address

Confirmation and follow-up information of your application will be sent via email. If you do not have a valid email, please create one prior to applying.

After you Apply

Within 24 hours of applying you will receive a Welcome to the College of the Siskiyous email with your student ID number and mySiskiyous student portal login information.
