Step 1 (Instructors who have taught between 1-2 summers for Upward Bound): $30.00/hour ***

Step 2 (Instructors who have taught 3 or more summers for Upward Bound): $35.00/hour ***

Resident Advisor

Salary: $121.00/day ***
Room & Board: $77.00/day

Lead Resident Advisor

Salary: $131.00/day ***
Room & Board: $77.00/day

* Retroactive one-time payment of 30% of 2022-2023 earnings for members of this job classification applied in Spring 2024 to meet the District's 50% obligation.

** 30% equity increase retro to July 1, 2023 following Compensation & Classification study.
