Take the application prescreen to determine CalFresh eligibility. After a staff member has reached out with your eligibility status, you can move on to Step 2. If you experience issues with the prescreen questionnaire, please check out the eligibility webpage or email firstname.lastname@example.org to determine eligibility.
If you are eligible, or think you may be eligible, complete and submit an application with the CalFresh Outreach Team. Although the application is available online, we encourage you to apply online with the help of your CalFresh Outreach Team because they are very familiar with the questions and will likely get you through the application faster. Online Zoom appointments can be made by emailing email@example.com.
Once the application is received by the county, your 30-day application period begins
