Any student planning on coming to campus will need to have a student ID. Students needing an ID can choose one of the following options:
Once their ID has been printed they will be contacted by HQ. Students can either pick up their ID at HQ by appointment or we can mail it to the student.
Students who need to access a printer to complete their coursework can do so Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Students will need to contact HQ to make an appointment before coming to campus to ensure that we have adequate space to maintain social distancing. We have created a "shopping list" for the food pantry that is updated weekly based on current inventory. Students can fill out their shopping list and text it to (530) 938-5376. HQ staff will then put together their order. Students can pick up their order at HQ, or for students living in Weed, we can deliver your order at the end of the day. Students wishing to have their orders delivered must text in their order before 2:00 pm each day.
We have secured a limited supply of laptops that students can check-out so that they can complete their online classes. If you are in need of a laptop, please complete the online application linked below. Once your application has been received, you will be contacted by HQ staff to set up an appointment to pick up the loaner laptop. At the appointment, students will complete the Student Contract and be given a brief tutorial on how to use the laptop.
Students can now complete their CalFresh application by phone with one of our HQ staff. Students can then submit the required paperwork via email to: email@example.com or can text the documents to (530) 938-5376.
