BankMobileCollege of the Siskiyous has partnered with BankMobile, a financial services company, which provides refund methods to deliver your financial aid disbursements. We are committed to delivering 100% of your financial aid disbursements (refund) at no cost, providing students with clear choices and offering great customer service.

Look for the green envelope

Higher One Envelope

Your Refund Selection Kit will be mailed to you after you have enrolled in classes. It contains your personal code for making your refund preference selection (select how you prefer to receive your financial aid disbursement). Your options for receiving financial aid funds are:

  1. Electronic Deposit into your existing personal checking/savings account. Choose "ACH to another bank account." Typically it takes 1 – 2 business days.
  2. Electronic Deposit into a BankMobile Vibe account. Funds are deposited the same business day that BankMobile receives funds from your school. There are fees associated with the BankMobile Vibe account. It is important that you carefully review the Fee Schedule online.

For your convenience, the BankMobile's Allpoint ATM is located in the Student Center. You can locate other local ATM's here.

IMPORTANT! BankMobile will send emails to your COS email with important information regarding your BankMobile card and financial aid disbursements. You MUST log in frequently to your COS email account in order to receive up to date information. If you need to set up or access your email, log onto your mySiskiyous and click on the email icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and follow the instructions.

REMEMBER: It's very important that College of the Siskiyous has your most current MAILING address. You can verify and update your current MAILING address by logging onto your mySiskiyous account.
